Steamboat at Resort Seafood Restaurant, Resort Hotel, Genting Highland 29 August 2015

Mom said 'It would be really nice to have steamboat in a cool weather."

The sitting area is spacious and so, we didn't feel the heat like those from a typical steamboat restaurant setting.

Mom opened all the windows to let the cool air in.

Sweet looking private dining area is available as wel.

There are five soup flavours  - we tried the herbal chicken soup. The best thing is we don't feel "thirsty" at all after eating!!
You know, those "thirst" feeling you get after drinking soup with laden lots of MSG.

Noodles as starch.

Variety of mushrooms and meatballs.

Fresh juicy prawn.

Chicken slices which are easy to chew on.

Tender bonesless beef and fresh fish fillet.

Sesame oil, oil shallot, sweet sauce, fried shallot, oyster sauce, light soya sauce, chinese parsley, spring onion, minced garlic, green chili sauce, Thai chili sauce, prawn sauce, black pepper sauce, Thai sauce, chili sambal, dried chili oil, red chili and chili "padi"
A lot, huh? Phew!

Leafy green is my favourite.

We had a pot of Pu-Er chinese tea which goes really well with the steamboat.  Lovely.

This is my very first time eating an ice cream steamboat! There was stawberry ice cream at the bottom and topped with lots of my favorite fruits!!!

It was toothsome!!! I savored everything!!!
